Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your book. Include:

- Clear photos of the damage or defect(s)
We'll send a replacement copy or offer a full refund at no additional cost - your choice.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
